Failure sucks. It happens….to all of us. But when you have a failure-big or small—how can you learn from it, move forward, grow—and even thrive—in spite of it? We’ll talk through the mental “dirt path” you need to establish so you can push through failure holding your head high.

Ever wondered what’s really being expected of you by your boss or co-workers? Or why colleagues are not meeting your expectations? There are some simple tactics you can put in place to gain clarity on expectations in your workplace. Also during the class, I’ll discuss a key recommendation on how to get more traction on having your expectations met.

If hearing the words “Team Engagement” make you want to run headfirst into a sinkhole, stay with me. Yes, it’s something that has been talked about F-O-R-E-V-E-R, but few are able to execute it well—until now. I’m going to teach you a few tweaks that actually drive engagement—whether we are remote or in-person or fighting a pandemic—that’ll bring some renewed energy to your team today.
