I believe in the power of growth and transformation. As a leadership coach, consultant, and teacher, my passion is to give individuals the tools and strategies to elevate their confidence and enhance their leadership skills. With hands-on collaboration, I help professionals work more efficiently while optimizing team dynamics. When I’m not helping professionals reach their full potential, you can find me hiking through National Parks with my family.
Experience and Expertise
Erin brings a unique blend of no-BS honesty and an empathetic teaching approach to her coaching and consulting. With experience as a middle school teacher and a professional engineer, Erin has led teams in various environments, including the office, the field, and even nightshifts with wastewater manholes and coyotes. She has worked with cities, towns, nonprofits, and corporate teams, focusing on team development, facilitations, and strategic planning. Erin is a licensed Professional Engineer and certified Wastewater Operator. She is also an instructor at North Carolina State University, teaching technical courses and the PE Review.
