This privacy policy outlines how I use and protect information that you provide.  This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on the Site. Your use of the Site following any such notice will signify and constitute your assent to and acceptance of such revised Privacy Policy.

 

NOTICE

We will ask you when we need information that personally identifies you (personal information) or allows us to contact you. Generally, this information is requested when you sign up for our newsletter, register for a workshop, create a Registration ID on the site, or sign up for a program.

 

Your email subscription will be saved into a third party email newsletter system (such as Kajabi or Mailchimp) and never shared or sold to anyone.

CONSENT

If you do not want us to communicate with you about other offers regarding programs, events, or services by email, you may unsubscribe at any time. If you opt out, we may still send you non-promotional emails, such as emails about your accounts or our ongoing business relations.

ENFORCEMENT

If for some reason you believe Erin Gallimore Worldwide, has not adhered to these principles, please notify us by email at info@eringallimore.com and we will do our best to determine and correct the problem promptly. Include the words Privacy Policy are in the Subject line.

WHAT WE DO WITH THE INFORMATION YOU SHARE

When you join us, you provide us with your contact information, including your name and email address. We use this information to send you updates about your order, questionnaires to measure your satisfaction with our service and announcements about new and exciting services and/or products that we offer. When you order from us, we ask for your credit card number and billing address. We use this information only to bill you for the product(s) you order at that time. For your convenience, we do save billing information in case you want to order from us again, but we don’t use this information again without your permission.

If you have signed up for a continuing education program, Erin Gallimore Worldwide will share your information (name, license number, and email) with the respective credentialing agency in order to verify your attendance and allotted CEUs/PDHs.

Erin Gallimore Worldwide, will disclose your personal information, without notice, only if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on Erin Gallimore Worldwide, or the site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Erin Gallimore Worldwide, and its family of Websites, and, (c) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of Erin Gallimore Worldwide, its Websites, or the public.

GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION

If you are in the European Union (EU), you have specific rights under the General Data Protection Regulation. If you choose to provide us with information, you may ask us at any time to delete the information, with which we will comply in a reasonably timely manner if we have not independently chosen to delete the same information prior to your request. In either case, you will be advised accordingly.

You may request a copy of any computer file compiling your information, to the extent we have collected it, and such file will be provided to you in a commercially reasonable period, if it has not been previously deleted, as noted above.

You may ask us not to process your data, or to share it with any entities that would do so. Please note, however, that there is no known sharing of any data by our company with third parties, and outside of the unlikely possibility of subpoena, other court order, or legally compliant government investigation, no desire to do so.

If you have consented to the processing of your personal data, you may withdraw that consent at any time – though please note that processing that had occurred prior to such withdrawal would remain legal in retrospect.

The information that is asked from you is intended only to fulfill the requirements to form a contract, and no additional information gathering or processing will be required than must be for that purpose.

If you believe that our company has failed to adhere to your rights under the GDPR, you are entitled to file a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority.

Our company does not, to the extent that the term can be reasonably understood, engage in large-scale data collection or processing, and so does not have an appointed specialist Data Protection Officer or employ any representative physically located in the EU and designated as the point of contact for the EU government on these matters.

 

Changes to This Policy

We may change this Policy from time to time. If we make any changes to this Policy, we will change the “Last Updated” date above. If we make any material change(s) to the Policy, we will post a notice on our Site prior to such changes(s) taking effect.
